1. petition letter.(need to address clearly why going through lc will adversely affect the national interest)

3. copy of employment letter (working in chinese restaurant dosen't count).
4. copies of diploma of dr. ttt's ph.d., master and bachelor degrees, tran and resume.
5. copy of passports, visa and i-94 forms of dr. ttt and dr. ttt's wife.

advantages, can be bought from staple or office depot, with 1-25 tabs and 26-
50 tabs) and a binder to organize the documents.
