1. petition letter.(need to adress clearly why going through lc will adversely affect the national interest)

3. copy of employment letter (working in chinese restaurant dosen't count).
4. copies of diploma of dr. xxxxx's ph.d., master and bachelor degrees, tran and resume.
5. copy of passports, visa and i-94 forms of dr. xxx and dr. xxx's wife.
6. er-750 form.

note: i used the "legal exhibit reference dividers" (produced by avery
advantages, can be bought from staple or office depot, with 1-25 tabs and 26-
50 tabs) and a binder to organize the documents.
