we are only talking about the policy of "automatic revalidation of visa", not real happenings in the real world.

1.如果在墨西哥或加拿大獲得新的簽證,你如果從陸路回來,基本上移民官隻是看以下你的新簽證和H1B APPROVE LETTER,就放行,不會劃去你一個ENTRIES.但是如果象你說的,隻能用新簽證,應該要劃去一個ENTRY,並重填I-94,事實不是這樣;

Strictly speaking, it is not valid. 應該要劃去一個ENTRY, since the amendment applies. Somebody may be just lucky.

2. 如果你去加墨簽證,但是你在簽證過程中WITHDRAW(WITHDRAW 要蓋一個章的),但這種情況,照樣可以安全回來.

WITHDRAW means a refusal? If so, according to this amendment, you are definitely not qualified for "automatic revalidation of visa". Somebody may be just too lucky.


3. 被CHECK,都也是可以順利回來.(CHECK算不算DENY,很有爭議,我認為不算DENY,隻是領事管沒法決定,要上交國安局決定)
