Seeking advice for I-140 sponsorship

A nurse's I-140 and I-485 were filed with a hospital as a sponsor. While working with OPT, the employment was terminated due to the argument with the manager. As the 1st I-140 is still in pending, do we need to file another I-140 sponsored by second employer(already employed by another hospital)? Hope to get some advice from Da Xia, Xian Zhi.Xie Xie.
