I know the answer of question 1.

1. See your 485 receipt notice. There should be an address of the center it mails from.
2. After receiving your 140 and 485 receipt notice, have you ever gotten a letter from USCIS saying your 485 has been transfered to another center? If no.
then it is the address in your 485 receipt notice.
