Pls help:Why my H-1B is still pending?

The attorney from our company filed ADV H-1B application for me this June. I got receipt from CIS dated with June 21, 2006. Our attorney said they proceed it with premium processing ($4500 in total). CIS usually gets back to applicant with premium processing in 15 days, right? But after one month there is no update yet. How long to get H1B approval? Does anyone have experience about such case?
