Does someone have a similiar experience: hold two H1B at the sam

Does anyone have a similar experience: have a full-time H1-B in A univ and a part-time in B Univ at the same time? I encounter a difficult to do full-time H1-B transfer, but another employer can support me a part-time job to cover my gap.
