if you would like to give a detailed deion of your case, e.g. title, salary, job requirements, location (state), we might be able to give you some idea about it.
actually, eb2/eb3 has nothing to do with lc approval rate. at this stage, they only differes in job requirement, i.e., perm system does not care whether this lc is for eb2 or for eb3.
