Called USCIS

I just called the USCIS. The phone number is listed in the receipt: 1-800-375-5283. The lady was nice and she checked each case for me. I was told my case is pending in FBI for name and date of birth check but my dependents are all clear for the checks. They are pending in the USCIS.
Any ideas?
