GC holder 如何幫弟弟移民美國？

我是綠卡持有者，想幫弟弟來美國。
這樣做是否可行？
先幫父母辦綠卡，等父母綠卡下來後，再讓他們幫我弟弟辦綠卡，這樣就不用等那麽多年了。
請高手指點。
