thank you xiao bai tu first! I have filed I140/485 EB1b on 2005, I140 have been approved on Sep, 2005. If I want to change job, need I resent a new permennant job offer to service center? 2. I did fingerprint on May, 2005, it almost 15 month. Should I call service center to do second fingerprint?
