我來貢獻一點結婚綠卡的申請經驗，希望能對申請結婚綠卡的同道中人有一點點幫助。

首先是時間表：
08/25/05 先生遞交入籍申請
02/14/06 先生入籍麵試， 通過麵試
03/14/06 先生入籍宣誓
03/20/06 遞交我的結婚綠卡package. (詳見document list)
03/21/06 ins 收到package
03/24/06 ins 發出receipt notice
04/03/06 ins 發出 指紋 appointment
04/15/06 打指紋
06/06/06 ins 發出麵試appointment
06/23/06 ins 發出EAD
07/19/06 麵試， 通過麵試，蓋綠卡章

我不知道這算不算快的，但比我想象的要順利：從發出申請到綠卡章，是整整４個月。比很多人說的１年還是快很多。下麵分享以下經驗：

１． ｐａｃｋａｇｅ　要整齊，有條理，　並全麵。　如果申請的是ｐａｃｋａｇｅ，就有好幾個ｆｏｒｍ．　我是１３０，　４８５，　７６５　一起寄的。每個ｆｏｒｍ　要求的補充材料要分開放。要分開裝訂。還是看我的ｄｏｃｕｍｅｎｔ　ｌｉｓｔ　八，比較清楚。
２． 給ins 一個document list 和一封cover letter.

Document lists:

I-130, Petition for Alien Relative
I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
I-765, Application for Employment Authorization

Supporting documents for I-130:
1. Copy of 公民配偶的 naturalization certificate;
2. Copy of 公民配偶and 申請人的 marriage certificate;
3. 2 passport photos of 公民配偶;
4. 2 passport photos of 申請人;
5. A photo of 公民配偶and 申請人;
6. G-325A, Biographic Information Form for 公民配偶;
7. G-325A, Biographic Information Form for 申請人;
8. Copy of 公民配偶的 birth certificate;
9. Copy of 公民配偶的 Social Security Card;
10. Copy of 公民配偶的 driver license (front and back);
11. Personal Check: $190.

Supporting documents for I-485:
1. 申請人的 birth certificate;
2. Copy of 申請人的 I-94 form (front and back);
3. Copy of 申請人的 passport;
4. 2 申請人的 passport photos;
5. Copies of 申請人的 all non-immigration documents;
6. Copy of 申請人的Social Security Card;
7. Copy of 申請人的 driver license (front and back);
8. I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status for 申請人;
9. G-325A, Biographic Information Form for 申請人;
10. I-864, Affidavit of Support filed by 公民配偶;
12. Copy of 公民配偶的 naturalization certificate;
11. Copy of 公民配偶and 申請人的 marriage certificate;
12. Copies of 公民配偶的 federal income tax return filed with IRS from tax year 2002 to tax year 2004;
13. Copies of 公民配偶的 W2 form and 1099 form (if any) from tax year 2002 to tax year 2005;
14. 公民配偶的 employment verification letter;
15. Copies of 公民配偶的 pay statements from 12/16/2005 to 03/10/2006;
16. Personal check: $ 325.

Supporting documents for I-765:
1. Copy of 申請人的 I-94 form (front and back);
2. Copy of 申請人的 temporary EAD card based on F1 OPT (front and back);
3. Copy of 申請人的 EAD card based on F1 OPT (front and back);
4. 2 申請人的passport photos;
5. Copy of 申請人and 公民配偶的 marriage certificate;
6. Personal check: $ 180.

I hope that the country I have come to know as home will be gracious enough to extend the same chance to my wife, so that we can continue our lives here as a family. We respect the country, how we value freedom and industry and firmly believe this is the best place we can raise our future children.
