theoritically, even if your case were delivered to nsc, since your i-140 was approved in tsc, nsc would transfer your case back to tsc.

but, you never know. remember that many people rushed to their i-140 before april 1 to csc or vsc, most of them got transferred eventually.

you should feel happy for your i-140 in tsc. gl.
