回複：f-1,j-1 student difference

如果你已婚並且配偶也在美國，轉成J1 student你的配偶仍然可以取得EAD（工卡），這樣可以合法工作。這好像是唯一的好處？別的好像沒什麽差別，我一個朋友轉成J1學生，也是享受$5000的免稅，和F1一樣。如果單身，還是轉成F1好些吧？而且盡早把豁免辦好，等到辦綠卡時就沒有障礙了。
