請教xiaobaitu;what is the address for the VSC 485 status check?

my case was: eb1, 140/485 ted to vsc 09/2005, fp 11/05, 140 approved 10/05, but 485 no lud. i want to write the letter to inquire my case status. but i am not sure which address i should send? pls tell me the detailed address i should send the letter. thanks very much!
