給議員的信，大家提提意見

我的I-140，EB-1b, VSC, 2005/05,
至今沒有消息，律師打電話被告知是在 under security check.這種check不知道要持續多久，有人知道麽？
給議員寫了一封信，大家提提意見。

I'm an employee of XXXXXX XXXXXX as a XXXXXXXX since 200X on H1B1 visa. XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX has been an important manufacturer and marketer of XXXX for the XXXXX markets since XXXX.
Based on the company's current & future needs, XXXXXXX XXXXX sponsored me in green card application under EB-1B (outstanding researcher) in May of 2005.

A summary of my qualification for EB-1B is listed below: (1) I have been working fruitfully on XXXXX for more than XX years in the XXXX, XXXXXXX, XXXXXXX. (2) I have been awarded with several scientific awards in XXX. (3) I have been issued with several patents. (4) I have published more than XX papers in high level scientific journals. (5) I have been invited many times by journals to review other scientists’ publications. (6) I am a member of XXX and XXX societies. (7) I am supported by several top level scientist referees, including the XXXX, XXXX, and XXX. (8) I am now continuing my research work on a higher level by serving the society more directly through my company.

Unfortunately, my application on Immigrant Petition for alien worker (I-140), has been pending since the very beginning as May 2005; and now the VSC is processing case ted after March 2006. Several enquiries were made, but received no explanation. As suggested by my employer, I'm sending this letter to you for a request to intervene and seek enquiry in my long pending application. The case details are:
