這種情況算不算 out of status

我在2003年（不是2006）7月29號開始工作（F1），根據移民局的收據，H1是8月14號開始有效，所以中間有兩周的時間問題。當時公司急著讓我工作，說H1他們會搞好。現在出了問題，不知如何。請問那位大俠有過類似的經曆。萬分感激。。
