Canadian immigrant application timeline

Hi, guys,
I have been waiting for my second letter for about a year now since I ted my PR application to Canadian Embassy in Buffalo last summer. There is no change at all about my case status. Are there other friends who have similar experience, or are there any lucky ones who already got their second letter? I posted the material last August and got the file number pretty soon in Sept, 05.
Now I start to get a little bit worried. Sorry that I cant' type Chinese here in the office.
