First of all, I want to say happy Chinese new year to all who see this message. I have two questions to ask regarding CA landing and hope they will be kindly answered here.
I have obtained my immigration visa and I am planning to land in Canada soon. According to the information which came together with the visa there are two options for family landing: 1) the whole family land together, and 2) the principal applicant land first alone and then the dependents land at a later time. My first inquiry is that whether it is allowed for my wife, one of my two children and me to land first and then my wife go back to China to pick up my ohter child. I am in the United States with my wife and one of our two kids while the other is left in China.
My second inquiry is whether it is allowed for my wife to leave Canada once she made her landing to pick up my other kid and to reenter Canada with the PR card which is to be mailed to her by me later. It will be great if the answer is yes because there will be no need for her to wait for four weeks for the PR card.
