Are there really that many RIR from China still pending at BPC? If you go to www.gctrail.com. You will find that is really not the case, most of the cases reported there are from 2004 afterwards. Of course, the data there may be biased. Anyway, there is no point of predicting the VB, just focus on other things in life to decrease the frustration level.
