xiaobaitu, come in please...回複：支票沒有cash就說明還積壓在移民

I have similar situation. Xiaobaidu:does 移民局 always cash the check first and then we will get the receipt in the mail a couple of days later, right?
Does it mean if the check were not cashed, then my package is still 積壓在移民局的收發室?
