Can I transfer from EB2 to EB1? Appreicate ideas

I was wondering whether it is possible? Here is my status

EB2
PERM submited Aug 2005, approved about 4 months later
I140 submited Dec 2006, approved about 6 months later

Now waiting for visa number. I was wondering whether I can submit I485 as a EB1 without another I140 approval.

I am PhD in Chemistry, in last three years I published 5 paper in top ranked journal(analytical chemistry, and physical chemistry), one patent filed last year.

What do I need to do to submit my 485? Hate waiting for something I cannot control.

Really appreicate anyone to give me a little idea
