I-140申請沒有動靜,請大家幫忙

這裏很多人說I-140和485不能同時提交，我的律師說可以，並在6月29日同時file。可是至今沒有任何消息，支票也沒有cash。誠請大家幫忙看看，我應該怎莫做，讓律師向移民局查詢嗎？
