I did not say it clearly, I belong to TX, AND i already submit my NIW case in TSC, and I heard that I still can submit EB1 IN tsc before 24, July, of cause I should send it to NSC,but I do not want because my case is not strong enough and I just copy the recommendation letter which wrote last year to the TSC, so I just want to know if there is any chance I could do that, thanks a lot.
