xiaobaitu help回複：你的案子由於排期不清，有可能被延誤

我於2/16/2005遞交140/485(NIW)到TSC. 140於5/7/2005 approved. 但就是485 section 是other basis of adjustment.與其它485(NIW)section 都不同.我就擔心CIS會把我的case歸到EB3去.我怎樣寫信去說明,希望建議.謝謝.
