Do I need a U.S. Visa?

My F-1 visa is expired on my Chinese passport, but I am a Canadian GC holder since last november. I will travel to Toronto for a couple of days in August. Do I need to apply for another F-1 visa when I come back to US after the trip? Any information is very much appreciated.
