6月30日寄出的加急的H1B還沒有收到receipt number.

我先生的加急H1B申請於6月30日寄出，但是到現在還沒有收到receipt number, 我不知道出了什麽問題。如果現在重新申請，不知道還有沒有可能搶占到名額？如果你們中有人也是這一時間申請的，都收到number了嗎？
