Your summary :

Assume 156000 ＊ 7％ = 10000。EB2 will be 3000，Even take EB1‘s 2000， then EB 2 will be only 5000 or 6000。 At the best base， say 6000 per 2006 year， then 500 per month。 Then no visa number will be left over for PERM EB2。 So， PERM EB2 will be no move forever ：－）。

My question: why PERM EB2, what about NIW? PERM and NIW families?
