我的H1，DIY,供你參考，6/6發出，23天沒回應，6/29再發，7/1 got the receipt number. 7/12 approved. 其間，7/10 受到第一個package return. They did not open the package and gave me a letter said you were too late the cap was reached. 第一個信封上沒寫u.s advaced degree. 第二個寫了。
