B1--> Getting married in US --> AOS?

after become citizen, you already over most of us here waiting for GC. you know too much and worry to much

question 1: yes you can. next time he come to US for business, he do his business first and at the end the trip visit you and marry you.

question 2: if you want slow, file K1 and he go to Guangzhou for interview. you may go to guangzhou with him to support his K1 case. prepare your wedding next year. if you not lucky, name check or some file misplaced, you may waiting even longer. the advantage of K1 is that you even can invite the immigration officer at the airport to go to your wedding by leave him/her a wedding invitation card. the disadvatage of K1 is that if you don't have a wedding, visa officer/immigration officer will really upset about you.

question 3: AOS can work, any job, any hours, no L1 china company behind. much better than L1. do u worry about he can not find a job?
