不小心懷孕了，不想回國做單身母

you talk about two things:
1. EB3 case or green card
2. pregnant
they are two big things in your life almost not related at all. but now you face both of them and wish one can help the other.

pregnant or even delivered the baby will not speed up or slow down your EB3 case. as point out by others, the baby can apply you a green card when he is 21(i realy doult that you need a card at that time). before that, the baby will help you nothing about your case.

i will not comment about should or should not have the baby. this is your choice and this subjuct is not under this Forum

不想回國做單身母: it's not that difficult in China, in fact, you have nunny to take care the baby for you. i knew several ABC (America Born Chinese) babies were send to China (home) to take care.
