Question, pls--got the real GC card _NIW

Congratulations.

But you did your filing in China, which means you did not have a job in USA at that time, is it employment-based? I do not understand. I am confronting a problem---file NIW first (in Lincoln) or transfer H1-B from one university (in California) to another university first (in Nebraska) first, confused totally..................
