看看下麵的統計數據。03/17/2006時，363,000+ 個BEC案件已經完成了108,000+ 件，其中隻有50,000 件Certified，通過率不到50%。 還有，從2005年3月到06年3月，全世界PERM總共批準才36,587。這其中，EB2主要來與India，EB3主要來與Mexico。所以，我覺得到明年這個時候,China EB2可以到06年初。
