關於將來的排期,大家不必太悲觀了

雖然我早就在這裏發文說EB2可能停滯不前或倒退. 但現在有些人從極度樂觀的情緒一下子轉到極度悲觀的自原自艾的情緒是大可不必的. 對許多人來說, 期望一兩年拿綠卡的好事可能性不會再象前幾年那樣了(我哥就是其中一個LUCKY ONE, 他在讀書還沒畢業,就誤打誤撞的以NIW在不到9個月就拿到卡),而我呢,去年才動手,現在就在排期邊上.但想到許多同胞在三,四年前就申請綠卡的, 我私下期望自己兩年內拿卡,確實對他們來說不公平, 現在移民局隻是將過程弄得比以前公平些,先進先出. 所以從目前的數據來看, 我想去年3-7月file 的人估計要等兩年左右be current, 9月那批估計會在2010年之前be current.
