I think for EB2 Chinese guy,

if your PD before July / August 2004, you may still have 2006 visa number for your 485.
But for PD between Sept.2004-Feb.2005, you may have to wait till middle Oct.2006 to see 2007 New Visa Bulletin.
But the coming Sept.2006 visa bulletin might not reflect this information. It will be the same as "March 1st, 2005".
