請問我見:about USMLE eligibility

I got my medical education in China. I graduated from 3yr medical school (compatible to the associate degree here), and then i got my Master's degree and Doctor's degree.
I heard that you have to have a bechelor's degree to apply for USMLE. Is it true? May I apply for USMLE at all?
