I have the same case.

Just got call from our canadian friend last night - our daughter's picture has to be retaken again. I think they are doing that on purpose !!! I made all the pictures for myself, my LG and my daughter and spent several nights measuring our faces in the pictures making sure they meet the requirements. My LG and I got cards already, seems babies always have problem. I don't think they can take any better picture than i do. I pressed the shutter hundred of times trying to get a satisfactory picture for my daughter, you know, a one year old baby, she will not obey your order !

TNND, cost us so much energy !!! and money !!!!!!!!
