這樣對我的NIW會有什麽影響?

我現在是學校博士後, H1-B, NIW 140批了.但PD是09/2005.估計還且得等.

我現在想2007年9月去念一個MBA學位.隻是不知道該以什麽合法身份?而且MBA將和我的原專業完全不相關(材料).如果485到時還沒批,大家覺得會有什麽樣的影響和風險?
