They only require the highest degree. No transcripts are needed. If you have academic degree from English speak countries, you do not need English test, otherwise, you need the proof of your English ability. If your spouse is not a principle applicant, she/he does not need the letters regarding working experiences.

Based on statistics, one thing shall beware that the processing time is extremely long for applicants whose age over 40.
