On July 12, I said on this bulletin board some prediction are way too optimistic, I said "I will not be suprised to see EB2 stay the same, if not retrogress, in August. " But I got rebuffed by GCluck, who said "移民局在律師的吹風會上已經透露中國的EB2還將會在8月大前進,在以後的幾個月將穩步前進".

Some time, good will can not change harsh reality. It is still possible in September the Chinese EB2 will retrogress further.

Life will continue regardless. So take good care of yourself, my fellow Chinese. Be patient, be hateful towards DOL and the American immigration system, be good to your fellow chinese if you have good positions in American companies, labs, or other institutions. Now remember how bad you got treated when you don't have the GC, after you get the GC, what will you do to get back at the American Immigration System? Will you donate money to Elaine Chao who cares no immigrants, even though she tried hard to pretend to side with immigrants? How many Chinese skilled labor got screwed by her DOL?
