求助各位朋友,被這該死的排期逼瘋了

我真是被這該死的排期逼瘋了。我的６年 H-1B明年五月到期。我現遞了I-１４０(May 1, 2006,pending, EB2, PERM)，LC PD is ０５年１１月。兩個月前老板降了我薪水，很殘忍的那種。我現在不知道這對申請影響多大。我一天也不想呆下去，並且有了新的Offer。我的問題是：如果我現在走，能否延H-1B？
