XiaoBaiTu and other experts, I need your advice

My PD was concurrent on July 1 2006. However, I couldn't have health examination recently because of my hu*****and health problem (cancer). From July 24, all I-485 should be submitted to NSC. I am planning to submit all materials except health examination result to TSC before July 24. will it be a problem? Please provide some advices. Thanks in advance.
