Thank you so much! the company's lawyer is quite bad, super cautious, also the company is super cautious organization. It took them 40 days to file this H1, submitted twice for prevailing wage determination. And finally the problem was resolved because I myself found the AIA wage report and asked them to submit that, otherwise I would be waiting for the prevailing wage for another 3 month.

I will forward the link to the lawyer. and make sure she understands this h4 is not valid. We will see what will happen on Monday.
