我和律師的看法哪一個對? 懇請大家釋疑.

我是機械碩士, 準備按機械工程師申請EB2. 填寫PERM 9089E表時, 第三頁第12個問題是 Are the job opportunity’s requirements normal for the occupation? (If the answer is NO, the employer must be prepared to provide documentation demonstrating that the job requirements are supported by business necessity). 律師說此處填NO, 她認為為了避免可能的AUDIT, 填NO對我比較好. 我認為表上已經填了機械工程師的職業代碼, 電腦係統一定知道學曆最低要求是本科. 而公司的要求是碩士, 我如果填NO恐怕矛盾. 律師堅持她的意見.
我的律師是公司的, 主業不做移民, 很多細節她都要打電話問她的律師朋友. 所以我才會擔心. 請大家幫忙澄清一下該如何填. 謝謝
