I went to do my car registrition last year, there was only 5 people in front of me in the line, but I waited for more than 1.5 hour. The lady kept doing trash talk with her co-workers, whenever he finished one person, she would leave for a while, drinking some water and go to the restroom. Whenever she print something, she would go around to talk to other people, and come back long after the printer finished.

I believe that this is what happend today too. And it is also why the name check is so slow. I wonder why they even do name check. If a guy want to be a terrorist, why would he apply for green card? If it takes years to finish just a name check, he should have accomplished his mission. Is this name check making US safer or more dangerous?
