EB1,2 ARE NEED TO THINK AGAIN,

I guess you are in EB2 category and from China or India, you may think the VB delay has something to do with EB which imply EB2 are an imporant role,
do you think ICS or anybodyelse other than EB2 care see EB2 as something important, I dobut,

the overall logic is ridiculous, usa needs educated people like EB1,2, but they let the EBs beleive it's a charity to allow you to work for them, like the saying "you count the money for someone who sold you"

EB3 HAVE TO BE SLAVE, BUT EB1,2 ARE WILLING TO BE SLAVES, EDUCATION DAMAGED BRAIN

there could be some policy change, the retrogress carried too much criticis, they may considering let other department take over, for example, they allow you file 485, but they may add some kind of extra security check procdure in the name of home land security, even we can file the 485, we still have wait the same time or even longer, keep intellegent peopole as slave,
