Hi, since everybody is bored now, may I ask where to file 485 if

It says that it needs to be sent to NSC after 7.24. But I did not see any change on USCIS website at form 485. In addition, I need to add my wife's 485 in my case(NIW), will her 485 also need to submit to NSC instead of TSC (Where mine was filed)? Thanks.
