But, where to file? NSC?

I did not see any change on the USCIS website about where to file the 485. But the news are out that all 485 should be filed to NSC after July 24. Also, My case is that I need to add my wife's 485 (NIW), not quite sure if I need to submit hers to NSC? or just where I filed (TSC)?
