排期 didn't depend on visa number

排期 depend the DOS's plan and policy. Visa number may be a factor but not be decisive. prediction based on Math is useless.Otherwise, we can not understand why DOS moved chinese EB1&EB2 to 2001 last year. Math level for people in DOS should be pre-school
