The question about form G-325 when apply I-485, please help!

想了很久，不得其所！婚姻綠卡申請485時要付兩人的G-325 for applicant and sponsor.我的問題是form G-325A 有4頁，但4頁的填寫內容完全一樣，我就不明白是applicant and sponsor both need to finish full 4-page form, or applicant and sponsor finish one page of 4-page form? 小小的表格都填了好幾次了，還沒搞明白。多謝
